5 + 2 offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. All orders are delivered Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. As every piece of jewellery is handcrafted and custom-made, delivery time will vary depending on varying circumstances. Please allow an approximation of 20 working days to craft each unique piece of jewellery.
Please keep in mind that our delivery times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from approved payment. 5 + 2 cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approvals, though, we will try to minimise any potential delays.
All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
